2. 'Tapai' is beverage for Ibanese and Dayakesse from east Malaysia, they brought tapai to peninsular when they came here for work here. This beverage isn't not commercial yet it sell by Sarawak and sabah people by their home. This beverage has same process with Wine, Sake, or Beer.
